BookaShade’s Arno chats to Dubzy about his journey with Walter, dating back to school and their shared love for music.
He talks about the pair’s first record deal and transformation from 80’s pop music to techno in the 90’s. Arno mentions their acclaimed record label, Get Physical, which recently hit its 15th year.
BookaShade’s celebrated new album, Galvany Street takes inspiration from their 80’s roots. The album is experimental, and described as ‘home listening’ as opposed to previous works.
BookaShade are playing Farr and Boomtown festival. In October they’ll be making a reappearance at Fabric, almost a decade after their last show there!
