Manchester artist ‘TAYS’ speaks to Unity Radio’s DJ Basha about his brand new single ‘BLEM’ produced by ‘DJ Banks’, out now on all streaming platforms. Tays goes on to say he is looking forward to better days as plans for Covid Lockdown 2021 restrictions to be eased have been announced. Tays also discusses his plans for the next few months, which includes releasing a sic collab with fellow Manc Rapper SVMI.

Tays is fast becoming the one to watch on the UK rap scene. His tracks blend UK-rap energy with laid-back beats, a Mancunian accent, and tongue-in-cheek lyrics. Whilst Tays grew up in the North West’s infamous Moston, he refuses to be drawn into gang culture, focussing instead on writing and performing.
Representing Manchester, Tays is driving the northern rap agenda
as the genre evolves away from the capital.
