Unity Radio Unveils New Primetime Host: Mica Lucy
This January, Unity Radio proudly announces a thrilling addition to its flagship Primetime show: the gifted broadcaster Mica Lucy. Making her Greater Manchester FM debut, Mica embodies the station’s core mission of discovering and nurturing exceptional talent.
Mica joined the Unity Radio Academy in 2025, where her passion for music journalism and presenting flourished. While honing her skills, she produced high-quality content for Remember Nature, Warehouse Project events, alongside studio work at MediaCityUK.
Her natural on-air presence, professionalism, and talent quickly set her apart. Mica’s experience in the modelling world, and comfortable acting in front of the camera has led her rapid progression to being signed by Rooted In Rhyme, Unity Radio’s dedicated artist and talent development platform, which provides the tools and opportunities to build sustainable creative careers
. 
After graduating from the Academy and now co-hosting a weekly show alongside Kai Jasper, Mica’s ascent to a premier Primetime slot is complete. This seamless transition from student to flagship host showcases the genuine pathways Unity Radio creates.
