Mondays One to watch – Lady Ice
Lady Ice is steadily gaining National recognition as one of the rising female rap talents coming out of Manchester, and with recent exposure on SBTV’s warm up sessions, everyone knows that this girl is ‘One to watch’ this year.
Lady Ice’s delivery is distinct, having mastered word play and double time flow which she releases as pure energy in her delivery on the mic. Her skill and talent has led to collaborations with various established artists such as, Curtis Lynch (Multi platinum producer), ‘The Mend’ (Britains Got Talent), and Funky Stepz, to name but a few.
Having received recognition and plays on BBC 1Xtra, Capital FM, Lady Ice, has also developed onscreen presence appearing in two films, ‘Lapse Of Honour’ which is set to be released in America and ‘Family Ties UK Drama’, along with cameo appearances in Coronation Street and Cucumber Drama channel 4 starring Julie Hesmondhalgh.
