This week on Unity Radio’s Breakfast Show, we continue to branch out in to wider creative culture by welcoming a social media producer for Rolling Stone UK and familiar faces in our friends over at UTC who will be promoting their latest endeavour in the world of media.
On Tuesday, we welcome Hollie Hilton, a Manchester based creative who is currently producing social media content for Rolling Stone UK – a household name in music. Hollie recently made the move to the iconic publication after fulfilling a similar position at Dazed Mag, another real heavy weight in that realm. Since making the jump Hollie has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry and produced content with these superstars to manufacture creative campaigns that really ooze the coolness that Rolling Stone is all about. Some of the name include Florence (+ The Machine), Charli XCX and Burna Boy, real heavyweights in the game! Hollie’s vast skillset doesn’t stop here, she also freelances social consultancy for artists and art organisations. On Wednesday, our MediaCityUK neighbour’s UTC will be joining Jasper on air to discuss their latest event showcasing students work. On Friday 1st July, UTC will host their very own Film Festival – a celebration of discovering and championing young filmmakers. In an attempt to inspire the Scorsese’s and Coppola’s of tomorrow, UTC@MediaCityUK will be screening student films, presenting awards and just generally providing a platform for young like-minded creatives to network. You can hear the guys from UTC give more details on the festival on Wednesday’s Breakfast Show as they chat to Jasper from 8am!
