From Monday the 6th of July through to Friday the 31st of July, Listen in daily as Unity Radio, champions the elements of Hip Hop culture, celebrating Rap Music, Graffiti Art , BBOY skillz and Turntablism, with weekly on air and digital features in, ‘Rap Week’, ‘Graffiti City’, ‘Rock on’ BBoy’s + BGirls, and ‘Cut N Scratch’ week’s as part of Unity’s Hip Hop Month.

Today we showcase, and mad skills of, V-LEE (Veli Chavush) aka Velithekid, who was born in Turkey 1989. Veli has been dancing since he was 12.He was fascinated when he first saw breakers on the street doing power moves and spinning on their hands. He thought that was absolutely crazy and he wanted to do it too. Veli, then started to Bboy with an old School Bboy crew in his hood 2001.Practicing and training almost 5-6 hours everyday from the age of 12 with a group of friends from his neighbourhood. By the time 2005 rolled around. Veli was being asked to fly all over Turkey and then all over the Europe to compete in shows. Finally winning the Turkish Bboy Solo Championships in 2006.
He performed at many international stages such as;
