Volunteer with Manchester Hip Hop Archive
The Manchester Hip Hop Archive is the first Archive and resource hub for the Hip Hop movement in the UK. We are dedicated to telling the untold story of Hip Hop in Manchester, the Archive is committed to collecting and sharing verbal, visual, audio and physical documents, to help curate a rich collection of artifacts that authentically highlight the events, groups and individuals that contributed to the social and cultural phenomenon known as Hip Hop.
From interviews with Hip Hop pioneers, to community research projects and social media support, volunteering with MHHA gives you the opportunity to explore four decades of Manchester’s rich Hip Hop history.
As well as providing a wide range of activities for volunteers to get involved in, Manchester Hip Hop Archive also provides a community space for people to connect, share thoughts and collaborate.
