Sy Chan is a well established name in the Manchester underground music scene playing alongside major artists, and having been billed at numerous global club nights. Chan expresses the best cultural melting pot between East with West, combining his Asian heritage with his UK experience.
His debut EP ‘Inner Minds’, on Horatio’s Berlin based label Natural Rhythm gained Chan early support from artists such as Marco Carola, Luciano, Reboot, Paco Osuna, Nima Gorji, Gel Abril, Stacey Pullen, Federico Grazzini. Forthcoming releases are on some great labels such as Leone Music and Door 67 Recordings & Beat It Recordings – Sy Chan is one to keep an eye on.
Join Sy Chan on Saturday nights from 11 pm; he’ll be playing House & Techno from international labels and artists. With releases from the past through to the present, the show regularly features promo tracks and exclusive material, supported with interviews and guest mixes from DJ’s across the UK and around the world. Guest mixes to date have included; Javier Carballo, Giueseppe Cennamo, Sable Sheep, Darius Syrossian, Solomun, Leon, to name a few.
