The Growth Company talk supporting young people in travel and business! Interview W/ The New Talent Academy
The New Talent Academy was joined by The Growth Company to discuss the ways they support young people
through travel and business in Greater Manchester.
Sara and Sam came into the show to talk on ‘OurPass’ and its benefits to students,
while Danny and Howard joined to talk on the support given to those wanting to start a new business in Greater Manchester.
The Growth Company Education & Skills, is one of the largest providers of work-based learning for young people and adults.
They have supported thousands of young people who want to kick-start their careers,
and adults who want to raise their skill level throughout their working life and achieve their full potential.
They offer a huge range of apprenticeships, traineeships and courses for people throughout their working lives.
As well as practically based training, TGC also offer a wide range of classroom-based courses designed to cater for all levels and all ages.
Danny and Howard state the benefits of these apprenticeships and courses in order to make the right decisions while opening a new business in the city.
The apprenticeships are accessible to everyone who is employed or self-employed in Greater Manchester.
Sara and Sam discuss on the different exclusive offers, discounts, and free awards to those who take part in ‘OurPass’
and also install the recently made app for OurPass. They encourage students to not miss out on the monthly exclusive offers.
OurPass has been key in providing travel and placement for students leaving in far points of Greater Manchester, so it is
encouraged that all students take part in it.
