The Growth Company explained their goal to The New Talent Academy: “We operate within industries to offer streamlined courses that will offer opportunities of employment to people who need it most within the community”.
They have a multitude of networking connections within the local community including; Labouring, Care, Warehousing and Housekeeping, offering a huge amount of relationships that can help those who need it in the community.
A huge part of The Growth Company is getting people who might have been out of work for a long time build their confidence up.
Getting a new job can be a difficult journey and can put many people out of their comfort zone, this is why The Growth Company work’s so hard to help people get into work.

The Growth Company is available to anyone above the age of 19 that have right to work in the uk and will help create a pathway to get a job with most courses offering a guaranteed interview at the end alongside a credited qualification.
They are fully funded the through adult educational budget with free classroom based courses and you will get an opportunity to network as well as a streamlined tunnel to employment.
Once you have left the course and joined a business The Growth Company stay in touch to check up and make sure that you’re thriving in your new job.
The growth company has had a huge impact with:
- 17,325 Unemployed people finding work
- 8,353 people obtained new skills or qualification’s
- 11,456 New businesses started trading
- 10,832 new jobs were created
