Wednesday 2nd Feb / ManDem Meet Up
Wednesday on Unity Radio’s Breakfast Show with Jasper Hopkins welcomed a very special selection of guests. The founding members of non-profit organisation Mandem Meetup joined us Wednesday morning to discuss their incredibly important work in the City of Manchester and beyond. Mandem Meetup currently take part in a number of great causes surrounding men’s mental health, general well-being and homelessness within the City. The group are currently planning a walk up Gordale Scar up in the Yorkshire Dales, a day open to anyone and everyone; creating a safe space for men to come along and open up to other like-minded men in the hopes of saving lives along the way, feel free to come along! Thursday 3rd Feb / Danielle Brown of Cyber Salford
On Thursday’s Breakfast Show with Jasper Hopkins, we welcomed Danielle Brown from Cyber Salford. Danielle came on to talk about a great opportunity being offered by themselves, a course that offers participants a grant of up to £2500 for successful completion. The course is centred around Cyber Security and the growing importance it has in workplaces and homes alike, outlining the threats of cyber-attacks and how to combat them.
