Kendrick Lamar addresses beef with Drake and calls out Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne, on surprise new album GNX!
After a series of diss tracks and his continuous beef with Drake – Kendrick dropped his sixth studio album ‘GNX’ out of the blue on November 22nd 2024. In the opening track ‘wacced out murals’, Kendrick indirectly addresses the Drake beef, and also calls out Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne. The rest of the album consists of deeper tracks, referencing back to his older work, as well as less serious, fun tracks such as ‘squabble up’ and ‘hey now’, featuring beats by DJ Mustard. The album perfectly encapsulates the variety in all of his works and takes it to the next level that hasn’t been done before.
