Harvey Bishop | #urDays | Saturday | 09:00 – 11:00 GMT
Harvey transitioned into presenting at Unity Radio after interning in the office over the summer where he assisted the music manager with day to day operations and gradually learned all aspects of radio.
Harvey now works on the Saturday morning slot 9-11am where he spins the latest and greatest tracks across all genres, as well as throwing in some old school Hip Hop and R&B to keep the vibes right!
Despite being a new presenter at Unity Radio, Harvey is a long time fan of the station and has always had a love for the station’s ability to shine a light on up and coming local artists.
Harvey’s love and knowledge of Hip Hop is what first attracted him to a career in the music industry and when he’s not on your airwaves, Harvey works as recording engineer and producer. Having interned for various producers at a number of recording studios across Greater Manchester, Harvey has worked with both national and international artists across many genres and has even had a song he produced hit no.2 in the iTunes Hip Hop and R&B charts.
Harvey plans to continue progressing in the world of radio and sharing his love for music, as well as having aspirations of teaching music production in the future.
