As a second guest on Thursday’s Breakfast Show with Jasper Hopkins, we welcomed Dave Taylor from Cyber Salford. Dave came on to talk about a great opportunity being offered by Cyber Salford, a course that offers participants a grant of up to £2500 for successful completion. The course is centred around Cyber Security and the growing importance it has in workplaces and homes alike, outlining the threats of cyber-attacks and how to combat them. Here are some words from Cyber Salford themselves:

Local Salford based businesses are being offered free training and grants by Salford Council to enhance their cyber security. HOST Salford has partnered with the Cyber Resilience Centre (CRC) to create the perfect environment for you to learn how to work safely online.

- Acomplimentary online course covering the cyber threat landscape, risk management and how to plan and implement security controls, enabling you to protect both your business and your customers.
