Dazo Announces Fresh Skillz Breaking Championships 2026: Manchester to Dubai
The UK breaking scene is gearing up for an exciting new chapter as Dazo and Fresh Skillz announce the Fresh Skillz Breaking Championships 2026, taking place in Greater Manchester.
This year’s event is particularly significant as Fresh Skillz collaborates with the Dubai Open Breaking World Championships, creating an opportunity for UK breakers to battle for a place on the international stage.
The event will feature:
🏆 18+ Solo B-Boy — winner represents the UK in Dubai 🇬🇧🇦🇪
🏆 18+ Solo B-Girl — winner represents the UK in Dubai 🇬🇧🇦🇪
The winners will have their flights and accommodation covered by DOB, with the World Final taking place in Dubai from 18–20 December 2026.
Alongside the headline battles, Fresh Skillz will also host a Solo Kids Battle, with the winner receiving a £100 cash prize. The kids battle reflects the event’s commitment to supporting the next generation and creating opportunities for young breakers to develop through competition and culture.
The championship takes place at Marple Senior Citizens Centre, Memorial Park, Marple, Stockport, SK6 6BA, from 1PM–5PM. Tickets are £10, payable on the door.
The event will feature DJ Khanfu, hosted by MC Noise, with judges to be announced.

Ahead of the championship, Dazo will be featured tonight on Unity Radio’s Jay Kurdy Show from 7PM–9PM.
