
AJ Tracey just dropped New Album ‘Flu Game’
AJ Tracey released his second album ‘Flu Game’ this week with 16 lit tracks to party this summer. The West Londoner releases this new work with references to the pandemic and embracing an American audience with his basketball press conference promo video.
AJ Tracey said on social media about ‘Flu Game’: ” Thank you for the wait. I put 2 years of blood sweat and great British pounds into this one. I hope even people who don’t usually rock with me give this body of work a chance, I think this is my best music yet and I’m genuinely proper proud of it’.
The rapper songwriter from London started his career in 2009 and consistently released EP’s.
As stated in AJ’s social media: “AJ took the UK scene by storm in 2016, picking up two MOBO nominations and a whole host of industry accolades within months of his self-released debut EP, including selection as one to watch by MTV, Vevo and the BBC Sound Poll.”
With his debut album released in 2019, the path to the top wasn’t the shortest still it paid off.
Now, in 2021 the British artist is continuing to expand his audiences by visibly targeting American listeners without negating his UK fanbase. No one is left behind this is an album for worldwide audiences.
The album artwork connects to Michael Jordan’s mysterious pizza food poisoning in 1997.
Further, the album features other collaborations with big names such as T-Pain, Mabel, Digga D, Kehlani, MoStack & Nav.
AJ Tracey recently released two video clips for this new album for the tracks Anxious and Little More Love both videos have an excellent level of production and storytelling.
